KUALA LUMPUR: SENI Mont' Kiara, Mont' Kiara's residential resort, recently won the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2012 in the Residential High Rise Development category.
Developed by Amatir Resources Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of London-listed Aseana Properties Ltd, SENI Mont' Kiara is a luxury residential development with resort-styled living environment and hotel-style facilities.

The Asia Pacific Property Awards event is part of the International Property Awards, the world's most prestigious competition dedicated to finding the best real estate professionals across the globe.
