VERVE Suites to be 100% sold within a year

Malaysia’s niche boutique developer Bukit Kiara Properties Sdn Bhd is optimistic that its development project VERVE Suites, which comprises Viva, Vibe, Vogue and Vox, will be fully sold within a year.

Vibe Tower B and Viva Tower A are now fully completed and 100 percent sold out.

Meanwhile, “Vogue Tower C is 95 percent sold while Vox Tower D, which was previewed in June 2010, is 80 percent sold,” said N K Tong, Group Managing Director of Bukit Kiara Properties.

VERVE Suites is located in the Mont Kiara prime freehold land site, comprising 933 serviced residential units with a total gross development value of RM592 million.
